Today was a good day also. It is really hard to believe how normal I feel. I worked and did my regular stuff for the day. I forgot to take my parasite pills this morning, so I took them about 5 pm. It is hard to fit everything in in the morning. I take the salt water flush, then the clay and psyillium seed, and I don't want to take the parasite cleanse before that and have it pushed through with the bulk, but I need to take it on an empty stomach. So I was going to take it with me this morning and forgot it.
